1. About These Terms

https://bizknect.com.au is operated by Bizknect. By accessing the site or listing a business, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

2. Eligibility and Business Listings

• Mandatory ABN: All businesses listed on the platform must possess a valid Australian Business Number (ABN).
• Authority and Accuracy: You must have the authority to list the business and ensure all details — including trading name, ABN/ACN, contact details, and imagery — are accurate and lawful.
• Content Removal: We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing engaging in or suspected of unlawful activity, or content that is inaccurate, misleading, or offensive.

3. Reviews and Moderation

• Reviews are provided by users to offer genuine feedback.
• Bizknect reserves the right to remove or decline to publish any wrongfully posted, fraudulent, or inappropriate reviews at its sole discretion.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Refunds

• Paid listing plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Tax invoices are available in your account.
• Cancellations: Subscriptions continue until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Takedowns for Unlawful Activity: If a business is taken down due to unlawful activity:
  • Monthly Plans: No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current month.
  • Yearly Plans: Pro-rata refunds will strictly be issued for remaining unused full months only.
• Fees already paid are otherwise non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the platform, scrape or resell directory data, post false or manipulative reviews, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.

6. Directory Information

Listings are supplied by business owners and third parties. While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of listing information and are not a party to any dealings or contracts between users and listed businesses.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having the service supplied again.
